We love our Swaggies & judging by the product reviews left on the website by our customers they do too! But mistakes and problems can happen, if this is the case with your Swaggie then please get in touch via email email@example.com
- Yes we accept returns and will refund if you change your mind
- Simply send it back to us and we will refund the amount you paid less the postage costs
- We will accept this within 14 days of purchase and the Swaggies must be unused and have all original tags attached.
The daycare world is probably one of the toughest environments for a product to withstand, we try to prepare our Swaggies as best we can for this however if you find a fault occur in your Swaggie within 3 months of use then please get in touch (this excludes factory seconds purchased which are non refundable). You can return your Swaggie at your cost for assessment. It will then either be repaired or replaced depending on the issue.
